Global HR Leader

At the heart of our organization is a drive to build and scale global operations, fuelled by a strong foundation in human resources and people management. We are on a mission to establish ourselves as leaders in the trade world and we need a highly experienced Global Head of HR & People to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of driving global HR strategy and corporate governance across all regions.
  • Establish a robust corporate-level HR framework that includes policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
  • Develop scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
India HQ: Corporate + Local HR
  • Build a full-fledged HR function in India as the corporate backbone.
  • Oversee local HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Act as a strategic partner to India-based executives, aligning talent and performance with global objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Development
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • Launch comprehensive training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
Performance & Culture
  • Design a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region (India, USA, Turkey, UAE).
  • Draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
  • Partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR and compliance matters.

We seek an individual with 10+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a global or multinational company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment and deep knowledge of India HR laws.
