Job Opportunity:

A team leader position is available in a dynamic international healthcare or insurance setting.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a team leader, excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of professionals and monitor work and attendance to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Coach team members to achieve high-performance delivery by providing guidance and support.
  • Identify performance-related issues and implement corrective actions to maintain productivity.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering services that meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
  • Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates on project progress.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and organize team-building activities to foster collaboration and teamwork.
  • Stay up-to-date on internal work processes, policies, and procedures to make informed decisions.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion when performing management functions.
  • Support and manage programs together with other team leaders and managers to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide input for selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisals of work groups.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience as a team leader in an international BPO environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and coach team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Strong knowledge of operational metrics, including Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, and SLA.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
