Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to drive the architecture, development, and AI-driven automation of our data and application infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for one of client. This role is for a leader passionate about solving complex problems, integrating LLMs (Large Language Models) into workflows, and building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. You'll lead from the front, architecting solutions while boosting team productivity through AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture:

• Define technical direction, architecture, and best practices for scalable cloud-native solutions on GCP.
• Mentor a small team, ensuring technical excellence and a "build fast, build right" mindset.
• Conduct code/design reviews and own the technical roadmap.

AI/LLM Integration & Automation:

• Drive end-to-end integration of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini) into developer workflows to automate coding, testing, and deployment.
• Lead AI-driven automation initiatives across SDLC, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual interventions.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other automation platforms.

Data Engineering & Cloud Operations:

• Architect robust data pipelines (Airflow), real-time processing (Dataflow, Pub/Sub), and analytics using BigQuery.
• Ensure data security, cloud cost optimization, and infrastructure scalability.
• Manage containerized applications with Docker/Kubernetes.

Innovation & Problem Solving:

• Solve complex architectural and engineering challenges with innovative solutions.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI/cloud technologies to enhance system performance and developer experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Customer teams to deliver business-centric technical solutions.
• Clearly communicate technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development & cloud-native architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Django/Flask).
• Solid experience with GCP services – BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Airflow, Dataflow, Pub/Sub.
• Proven experience in LLM integration (OpenAI, Vertex AI) and using AI coding tools.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, microservices, API design, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and SQL.
• Experience in cloud security and cost optimization strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills and a "Get Things Done" attitude.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Terraform (IaC).
• Exposure to AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS).
• Familiarity with Kafka, Metabase, or Superset.
• Knowledge of FHIR standards (Healthcare Data Interoperability).
• Contributions to open-source or tech communities.
