Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clients and Projects Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and execution of deliverables.
  • Support the end-to-end management of projects, campaigns, and events.
  • Assist in handling client meetings and communications with professionalism and clarity.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage social media accounts for clients – ensuring consistent, on-brand content and timely updates.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Bring in creative ideas and strategies to enhance clients' digital and offline presence.
  • Coordinate with vendors and production teams for event-related requirements.

About the Role

  • We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or events (agency experience is a plus).
  • A strong understanding of event management and/or production is an added advantage.
  • The successful candidate will be comfortable with field work and attending in-person meetings within Bangalore.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Essential: Strong understanding of event management and/or production, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Distinguishing: 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or events (agency experience is a plus).
