Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Engagement & Relationship Management:
    • Identify and build relationships with corporate donors and CSR teams.
    • Develop customized proposals aligning with corporate CSR objectives.
    • Organize and attend meetings with prospective and existing partners to pitch projects and strengthen engagement.
  • Proposal Development & Reporting:
    • Prepare impactful proposals, concept notes, budgets, and grant applications.
    • Draft and submit timely narrative and financial reports as per donor requirements.
    • Document success stories, case studies, and impact assessments for stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Liaise with internal program and field teams to develop project frameworks suited to CSR partnerships.
    • Support the implementation of CSR-funded initiatives and ensure compliance with agreed deliverables and timelines.
    • Monitor progress and help troubleshoot issues in coordination with program teams.
  • Events & CSR Campaigns:
    • Plan and organize corporate volunteering events, donor visits, and awareness campaigns.
    • Represent the organization at CSR-related conferences, expos, and networking events.
  • Documentation & Database Management:
    • Maintain a detailed database of all CSR contacts, communications, and proposals.
    • Track CSR regulations and compliance updates from regulatory bodies.
    • Stay informed about trends and innovations in the CSR and nonprofit ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in CSR, fundraising, partnerships, or program management—preferably in an NGO or corporate CSR setting.
  • Strong understanding of CSR laws and guidelines.
  • Proven ability in proposal writing, donor engagement, and impact reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM or donor management tools is a plus.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Passion for social impact and community development.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with periodic travel to project sites and partner locations.
  • Hybrid/Remote work flexibility as per organizational policy.
