Job Opportunity: International Healthcare Sales Professional
Overview of the Role:
Our organization is seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead revenue growth initiatives in the US and EU markets.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in international healthcare sales, with a significant focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and teleradiology.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of driving large deals and surpassing revenue targets.
Familiarity with Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) applications in healthcare and a deep understanding of client acquisition models in the US is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be a Graduate or MBA holder with 12+ years of experience in International Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sales.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in US healthcare sales, specifically in areas like RCM and teleradiology, is non-negotiable.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for managing inside sales teams.
- Knowledge of the US and EU healthcare markets, including compliance matters, is an advantage.
- Proven experience in managing deal sizes exceeding $500,000 USD and annual revenue targets above $1 Million USD is required.
- Familiarity with outbound sales models and GenAI applications in healthcare BPO is advantageous.
