Job Title: Global Business Development Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive business development professional to drive client acquisition in the US financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new clients for our financial services.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and convert leads into paying clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal accounting teams to scope projects and present tailored solutions.
  • Originate new client relationships and serve as a subject matter expert to close deals.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
  • Expertise in client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management for professional services.
  • Strong understanding of core accounting principles, including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and common tax compliance and auditing standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; proactive and results-driven.

Tools Proficiency:

Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Zoominfo.com, and HubSpot CRM.
