Strategic Business Relationship Lead

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with affluent and super affluent clients, providing them with personalized financial solutions and ensuring their long-term growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new high net worth clients through networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
- Financial Planning: Provide clients with personalized financial solutions, including investment advice, wealth management, and retirement planning.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, products, and services, ensuring clients receive the best possible advice and solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of client acquisition and retention.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals.
