Strategic Business Growth Associate

Enlighten Schola is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to spearhead our efforts in identifying and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, a proven track record of driving business growth through effective sales strategies, and a passion for building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and target potential startup clients for fundraising services, develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth, and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in startups.
- B2B Sales: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, stay updated with industry trends, present our fundraising solutions to prospective clients through presentations, meetings, and pitches, negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote our services, and create compelling marketing materials and sales collateral.
- MBA degree from a recognized institution.
- 13 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related field in the service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and fundraising processes is a plus.
