As a key member of the Financial Services team, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Officer to support the Chief Executive Officer's Office in driving business strategies, product management, revenue growth, and profitability. This role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional business acumen and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the CEO to align business strategies with organizational goals, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and deliver results.
  • Project Management: Oversee critical projects and initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives, cost, and product requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, fostering productive relationships and timely reporting on project status.
  • Data Analytics: Analyze data and trends to generate actionable insights for the CEO, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
  • Special Projects: Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, supporting budgeting, revenue planning, and costing management.

Requirements:

  • MBA from a top-tier college
  • Proven experience in a CoE function or Chief of Staff role, with experience in budget management and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
