Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to handle routine tasks and responsibilities related to HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively and independently handling hiring processes for high-volume positions within various business groups and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiating background verification checks
  • Vendor Management - raising purchase orders across the division, following up on payments, and setting up new vendors
  • A point of contact for the Head of TA while out on annual leave, covering emails and approving PO's for the contractor team
  • Handling routine questions and issues, referring complex or unexpected matters to higher-level employees for assistance
  • Assisting with maintaining HR information, documents/forms, policies, etc.
  • Creating and preparing monthly reports and other HR metric reports

Requirements:

  • Typically requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a role supporting Recruitment for UK regions
  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university
  • Solid skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is approximately ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
