Job Summary:

  • This is a challenging role that requires advanced technical expertise in the design, implementation, and support of complex voice solutions.
  • As a professional with a strong background in UCCE and Release Management, you will be responsible for providing Level 3 support to our clients, resolving complex technical issues and improving overall system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to UCCE, UCCX, PCCE, and third-party call recording platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • UCCE and Release Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE, and third-party call recording platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and experience with ITIL processes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
