Job Title: UCCE L3 Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UCCE L3 engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE solutions, as well as third-party call recording platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues with Cisco ICM, CCMP, CVP, and CUIC systems.
  • Create MACD configurations for Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • Understand ITIL processes and integrate them into daily operations.
Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models.
  • Have knowledge of voice network devices and VOIP Performance Management Tools.
  • Gain experience integrating other tools and protocols like ISDN and analog signalling.
  • Show strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess experience working with Cisco Voice platform, CUCM, UCCE, UCCH, and CVP.
  • Demonstrate ability to work in 24/7 business support environment.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers to resolve telecommunications issues.
