  • Manage vendor relationships and associated KPIs to ensure seamless delivery of standard work and forecasting.">
  • Analyze labor market health and provide advanced insights into changes that will affect the business.">
  • Optimize candidate cycle time, conversion rates, and applicant funnel metrics to benchmark performance.">
  • Drive projects of increasing scale and complexity, and manage programs through completion.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

• Experience in conducting investigative work, including claimant, witness, and target employee interviews

• Ability to develop policies and supporting documentation
