
Strategic Customer Advocate

Role Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. Your mission is to deliver valuable insights that drive product improvement and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their testing challenges and showcase how our solution can help alleviate them.
- Work closely with customers to learn about their usage patterns, identify areas for growth, gather industry insights, and foster strong relationships that drive adoption and retention.
- Conduct independent research to uncover new insights and analyze competitor products to share feedback with our product development team.
- Visit customers and prospects in person when necessary to build rapport and strengthen relationships.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Sales, Presales, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills – listening, asking questions, and explaining complex ideas clearly.
- Aptitude for quickly understanding popular software tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Jira, Make.com) and connecting them to customer challenges.
- Resourceful mindset – able to dig into documentation, industry practices, or customer references to find solutions.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
