Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision making and campaign optimization. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, and YouTube.
  • Ad Copy Creation and Optimization: Create compelling ad copy, visual briefings, and video scripts to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking and attribution setup.
  • Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Strategically segment audiences and run A/B tests to fine-tune campaigns for better ROI and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Landing Page Design and Development: Collaborate with design and UI/UX teams to ensure high-converting landing pages and funnel design.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with ad platform changes, industry best practices, and emerging tools and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce and lead generation environments.
  • Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical and interpretation skills to track key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
  • Familiarity with marketing AI tools for campaign automation and scaling.
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a solution-focused mindset.
