Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented marketing professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our Head of Acquisition to maximize ROI through search engine marketing and social media campaigns.
  • You will manage internal resources or agencies to deliver, monitor, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs against targets.
  • You will analyze creative performance by market and develop new creative options working with our brand team.
  • You will identify data trends and insights, and optimize spends and performance based on the insights.
  • You will plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • You will brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • You will conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage search engine marketing, social media marketing, and acquisition efforts to define and deliver ROI and volume objectives.
  • Analyze creative performance by market and develop new creative options working with the brand team.
  • Identify data trends and insights, and optimize spends and performance based on the insights.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
