Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to oversee the delivery of construction projects within the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery, as well as enhancing contractor capabilities and standardizing project quality.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing construction costs by leveraging domain expertise and managing project costs by overseeing material and labor on sites.
  • They will also monitor and ensure comprehensive updates to the Project Management tool by contractors and enforce adherence to SOPs related to the Project Management tool across sites.
  • In addition, they will handle escalations from site teams and contractors, ensuring prompt and accurate payments to all project stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience managing end-to-end construction projects.
  • Proficiency in construction stages, contractor management, QA/QC, and project management.
  • Proven ability to create and enforce SOPs.
  • Previous experience in team management.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in the local language (Kannada, English, Hindi).
