As a seasoned professional, we seek a skilled Project Manager to spearhead the execution of complex road and infrastructure projects in Liberia.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, with expertise in civil engineering, project planning, and team coordination. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget project completion
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules
  • Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success
  • Implement and manage project controls, including quality assurance, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
  • Ensure seamless communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project life cycle

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, civil engineering principles, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with project management software, such as Primavera or MS Project
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical professionals
  • Willingness to relocate full-time to Liberia
