icc-contractors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage roadworks and infrastructure projects in various locations. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of civil engineering, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of road construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor progress and performance; resolve issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead project meetings, status updates, and reporting to senior management.
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation and close-out procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in road and infrastructure project management.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of roadworks, drainage systems, utilities coordination, and site logistics.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
  • Familiar with international standards and codes related to civil works.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multi-cultural teams.
