Project Manager Roads and Infrastructure Job

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of roadworks and infrastructure projects in Liberia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning and execution from inception to completion
  • Maintain compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Monitor progress and performance; resolve issues and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Lead project meetings, status updates, and reporting to senior management
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes
  • Ensure proper documentation and close-out procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Master's is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in road and infrastructure project management
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of roadworks, drainage systems, utilities coordination, and site logistics
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
  • Familiar with international standards and codes related to civil works and solar farm construction
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multi-cultural teams
  • Willingness to be based full-time in Liberia
