Sheetal Group is a 35-year legacy plastics manufacturer with expertise in blow molding, rotational molding, and injection molding. We are one of India's leading names in water storage solutions, road safety products, and solid waste management solutions.

We are expanding our Road Safety Products vertical, which includes plastic barriers, cones, speed breakers, chains, and related products, and are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to grow our dealer/distributor network and develop institutional sales.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of road safety products through both dealer/distributor development and direct institutional sales to clients such as infrastructure companies, airports, government agencies, and large contractors. The role will also involve product approvals with government authorities to support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and expand dealer/distributor network for road safety products across assigned territory.

- Identify and convert new infrastructure clients, airports, EPC contractors, and project-based buyers.

- Achieve product approvals at government departments, local authorities, and institutional buyers.

- Meet and exceed sales targets for monthly/quarterly revenue and new client acquisition.

- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, supply chain, and after-sales support.

- Conduct regular market research to track competitors, pricing trends, and demand opportunities.

- Build strong relationships with purchase managers, project managers, and contractors.

- Ensure timely collections and maintain discipline in credit policies.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Business/Commerce/Marketing (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

- 3–6 years of experience in sales of road safety products, safety equipment, construction materials, safety shoes, or industrial safety products.

- Proven record in dealer network building and B2B/Institutional sales.

- Strong understanding of government approval processes for infrastructure/safety products.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to develop channel partners and maintain dealer relationships.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with frequent travel within assigned region.

- Result-oriented with a proven record of achieving targets.
