Job Overview

The Relationship Manager position involves acquiring new business banking customers, managing existing relationships, and ensuring portfolio health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow the customer base by acquiring new clients and effectively managing their portfolios.
  • Utilize credit knowledge and product expertise to structure deals and acquire new customers.
  • Increase wallet share through cross-selling retail liability products and exploring new revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain portfolio health by providing timely servicing, renewals, and monitoring Out Of Order items.
  • Interact with customers regularly to ensure timely service delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training programs for branch staff on lead generation and case management.
