Job Title: Technical Sales Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a talented sales professional with strong technical expertise and an IT background to drive our sales practices, understand technical requirements clearly, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to building a growing sales team in a startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and generate qualified leads for IT services in the US/North America region.
  • Understand client technical requirements and align them with company offerings.
  • Conduct discovery calls, prepare client-specific presentations and tailored PPTs, and participate in client calls when required.
  • Create proposals and support end-to-end sales cycles with internal coordination.
  • Maintain and report on lead pipeline, progress, and conversions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:

  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales in the IT services domain (US/North America market preferred).
  • Strong IT background with the ability to grasp and explain technical requirements to clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Must have).
  • Hands-on experience in preparing client-specific PPTs and sales collateral.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and willing to play a major role in developing a sales function within a startup.

Prior experience in IT services such as data engineering, analytics, app development, cloud, or related areas is a plus.
