About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Podar International School, Solapur. As an integral part of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for managing school operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient environment that supports educational excellence and innovative learning practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management: Oversee and manage school administrative functions, including office administration, student records, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Canteen Management: Coordinate with canteen services to ensure high standards of food quality and service, addressing any issues promptly and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Transportation Management: Manage the logistics of transportation services, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness, handling logistics and transportation needs while ensuring punctuality.
  • Vendor Management: Facilitate vendor management processes, including negotiating contracts and maintaining robust relationships with service providers, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience in administrative management.
  • Proven experience in canteen management, showcasing effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong transport management skills, with the ability to handle logistics and transportation needs while ensuring safety and punctuality.
  • Expertise in vendor management, with the ability to negotiate and maintain favorable terms, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, students, parents, and vendors.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize duties to manage a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Salary and Benefits
