Key Responsibilities:
Exam Scheduling and Timetabling:- Develop and implement a comprehensive exam schedule and timetable.
- Coordinate with academic schools to ensure timely submission of exam-related information.
- Oversee the smooth conduct of examinations.
- Handle emergency situations and irregularities during exams.
- Coordinate with the examination section to ensure timely and accurate evaluation of answer scripts.
- Handle queries and re-evaluation requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of exam-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Administration, or a related discipline).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software (e.g., examination management software, spreadsheets, word processing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of university examination rules and regulations.
Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this role is ₹850,000 - ₹1,050,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
