The Executive, Exam Section is responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of the university's examination process. Key Responsibilities:
- Exam Scheduling and Timetabling:

- Exam Conduct and Supervision:
- Oversee the smooth conduct of examinations
- Handle emergency situations and irregularities during exams.
- Result Processing and Publication:
- Coordinate with the examination section to ensure timely and accurate evaluation of answer scripts.
- Handle queries and re-evaluation requests.
- Record Keeping and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of exam-related documents, including student information, exam schedules, and results.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements.
- Student Support and Queries:
- Provide guidance and assistance to students regarding exam procedures, timetables, and results.
- Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
