  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of university examination rules and regulations
Responsibilities:Exam Scheduling and Timetabling:

Develop and implement a comprehensive exam schedule and timetable

Coordinate with academic schools to ensure timely submission of exam-related information

Exam Conduct and Supervision:

Oversee the smooth conduct of examinations

Handle emergency situations and irregularities during exams

Result Processing and Publication:

Coordinate with the examination section to ensure timely and accurate evaluation of answer scripts

Handle queries and re-evaluation requests

Record Keeping and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of exam-related documents, including student information, exam schedules, and results

Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements

Student Support and Queries:

Provide guidance and assistance to students regarding exam procedures, timetables, and results

Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
