As a key player in driving operational excellence, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating daily activities and fostering seamless communication with stakeholders.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads over calls, scheduling client meetings for senior management, and ensuring effective engagement with members, prospects, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist with membership onboarding, engagement, and retention through targeted strategies.
  • Handle internal communication and external outreach with tact and diplomacy.
  • Support senior leadership in all backend and operational functions.
  • Coordinate and follow up with members, guests, and prospects via calls, emails, and messages.
  • Qualify and nurture business leads through phone conversations and follow-up processes.
  • Assist senior management in scheduling appointments and meetings with prospective clients.
  • Organize and support regular chapter meetings, trainings, and special networking events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member data, business referrals, guest follow-ups, and event logs.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, performance dashboards, and timely reports for review.
  • Represent the organization in external communications and in-person events with a professional attitude.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from members and handle payments to vendors.
Job SpecificationQualifications & Experience

Candidates should hold a graduate degree in Business Management (MBA preferred but not mandatory) and possess 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Operations, or Administration.
