Company-Multiplex appliances pvt ltd Brand name-Ventair Website-www ventairindia com Job Title Territory Sales Manager TSM - Consumer Durable Location Imphal Department Sales Preferred industry-Kitchen chimney RO Electronics appliances Reports To Area Sales Manager Regional Sales Manager Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager TSM to oversee and grow sales in the assigned territory for our consumer durables products The TSM will be responsible for achieving sales targets expanding distribution managing channel partners and ensuring excellent in-store visibility Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for the territory Manage and grow a network of distributors dealers and retailers identify and onboard new channel partners and retail outlets Drive secondary sales through effective retail engagement and promotional activities Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports Ensure availability and visibility of products at retail outlets Conduct regular market visits to ensure strong market presence and customer relationships Manage inventory levels and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment Train and motivate sales promoters and ground staff Coordinate with supply chain marketing and service teams for smooth operations Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Language English Preferred Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location In person
