- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows and functional specifications.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-9 years of experience as a consultant with focus on ServiceNow.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to understand client challenges and translate them into effective solutions.
