Talworx is an emerging recruitment consulting and services firm, we are hiring for our client which is a leading big 4 consulting firm of the world,

  1. 3-9 years of experience with implementation and configuration of ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (ELM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and related modules to meet client requirements.
  2. Collaborate with legal, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and design solutions for legal operations, service portfolio management, and IT financial management.
  3. Configure and customize Legal Service Delivery workflows, including matter management, contract lifecycle management, and legal hold processes.
  4. Implement ITBM capabilities such as demand management, project portfolio management (PPM), and financial planning to align IT services with business goals.
  5. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems to enable seamless data flow and process automation.
  6. Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance across legal and ITBM modules.
  7. Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders for effective adoption of implemented solutions.
  8. Optimize performance and scalability of the ServiceNow platform for legal and ITBM workflows.
  9. Stay updated on ServiceNow's latest features and best practices for ELM, ITBM, and related modules.
  10. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and cost optimization.
