Job Overview:

This role involves consulting with clients across various industries and sizes, engaging with commercial and enterprise clients, and presenting solutions to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include participating in client workshops, gathering requirements, and implementing solutions using ServiceNow technical best practices and standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to different project methodologies.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 4+ years' experience in ServiceNow design and development within a client-facing role environment.

- Hands-on experience beyond ITSM into ITOM, Project Portfolio Management, HR Management, Field Service Management.

- ServiceNow Mastery and Client Engagement.

- Strong business acumen, problem-solving, analytical, and customer presentation skills.

- Solid experience across requirements gathering, process documentation, solution designs, and detailed requirements.

- Proven experience in defining and deploying 'to be' Continual Service Improvement processes.

- Certified implementation consultant across ITSM.

- Experience across multiple ServiceNow releases and ability to clearly articulate release updates and impacts on clients.

Qualifications:

- IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science.

- ServiceNow CSA + CIS ITSM.

- ITIL Foundation Certification.
