
Expert Compensation Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Consultant.
- Location: Hyderabad, India
Minimum 8-14 years of experience in the field is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Work as a Subject Matter Expert and oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects including design, configuration, build, testing, and deployment.
- Coach and mentor new hires ensuring they are up-to-speed on all compensation processes through knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with the Compensations Centre of Excellence in macro planning and forecasting of annual incentive budgets.
- Assist with internal quality assurance/compliance reviews as required.
- Manage Compensation And Benefits Including Rewards And Recognition.
- Approve R&R awards based on FSS/Service area specific guidelines.
- Ensure accurate processing of awards as per Business Advisors/Interim approvers instructions.
- Administer & Support Partner Earnings & Payment System for Unit Allocation process.
- Maintain high accuracy in reporting/Analysis.
- Conduct Organisational unit monthly/quarterly review with Business advisors, create and append process SOPs.
- Participate in Annual compensation planning exercise.
- Gather business requirements from the business community, define SAP configuration settings, Master data setup, and/or business process changes to satisfy requirements.
- Work with business users and other Information Services personnel in a cross-functional team environment to pursue and accomplish business critical projects, providing guidance on prioritization.
- Apply systems development methodologies to install, modify, maintain, test, and document new software or configuration/software changes.
- Coordinate with other system analysts and SAP functional leads when changes have a cross-functional impact.
- Prepare functional specification and technical specifications independently for Solution Design.
- Provide second-level support for SAP How to questions that cant be answered by SAP Super Users within the business community.
- Troubleshoot problems with the SAP system, interact with external SAP support groups to find solutions, and oversee the testing and implementation of fixes or workarounds.
- Serve as part of the team to develop project plans, budget estimates, and lead project activities to accomplish agreed upon goals.
- Experience in Human Resources processes such as Core HR Data Management, Performance, Compensation.
- Experience implementing or participating in the implementation of talent management platforms and/or core HR platforms.
- Experience with data analysis including translations and transformations of a data set.
- Delivery of training and upskilling of team.
- Must prepare the Request for proposal based on clients initial requirements.
- Previous experience with multi-national, multi-site, multi-state, and multi-functional organisations.
- Working knowledge of Role Based Permission. Strong executive presence and ability to interact at various levels.
- Leadership through communication, coaching, and mentoring to achieve collective success.
- Excellent facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organisational levels.
- Excellent soft skills and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
- Able to link the business wish to an IT solution.
