Key Compensation Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring competitive packages and alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, designing salary structures, administering employee benefits programs, managing relationships with vendors, collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

  • Develops and implements comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that support business growth and success.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Conducts market analysis to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages.
  • Designs and administers employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Manages relationships with benefits providers and vendors.
  • Collects and analyzes compensation and benefits data to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Proven experience in designing and administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Strong understanding of taxation related to employee compensation and benefits.
  • In-depth knowledge of WD and its utilization for compensation and benefits.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience performing complex reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to navigate ambiguity.
