Job Title: Senior Application Strategist

Job Description:

This role oversees the entire application development lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter and expertise in software development lifecycles. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee application development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills:
