Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Global Marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts.

  • This role requires a proven track record in developing and executing global marketing strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in building high-performance teams, establishing internal processes, and driving brand-building efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performance marketing team across regions.
  • Establish internal processes for marketing planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Drive brand-building efforts through PR, awards, speaking engagements, and digital storytelling.
  • Launch a content and webinar series on emerging tech.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a tech consulting or software services firm.
  • Demonstrated success in building GTM strategies for BFSI or AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience in global brand management and running integrated campaigns.
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style.
