About the Role

As a seasoned project leader, you will drive end-to-end execution of solar water pump installations across multiple states. This leadership role involves timely commissioning, quality compliance, partner coordination, and on-time claim submissions in line with government guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Management: Develop and manage a reliable network of installation partners with clear agreements, performance monitoring, and training.
  • Project Execution: Ensure seamless workflows for surveys, procurement, dispatch, installation, inspections, RMS integration, and claims submission within strict timelines.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Oversee Order Issuing Authority (OIA) portal uploads, inspections, and penalty waiver processes while ensuring 100% documentation compliance.
  • Quality & Training: Drive training programs for partners and internal teams on installation quality, RMS integration, and farmer education (O&M, insurance, claims).
  • Team Leadership: Lead a state-spanning project team with structured daily/weekly/monthly reviews, adherence to SOPs, and strong accountability frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with government officials, farmers, installation partners, and internal customers to resolve delays, escalate issues, and ensure approvals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, refine SOPs, and implement corrective/preventive measures to ensure smooth project delivery.

Education & Experience
  • Education: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Power) + MBA (Operations preferred)
  • Experience: 15+ years in large-scale project management, with 5+ years in multi-state EPC/renewable installations under government schemes.
  • Preferred Sectors: Renewable Energy, Solar EPC, Infrastructure Projects, Government-Scheme Execution
Other Requirements
  • 10–12 days per month across project states for monitoring installations, government liaison, and partner/team performance.
  • Should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
