Project Leadership Opportunity:

Are you a seasoned professional seeking a challenging role that leverages your expertise in solar project management? We're looking for an accomplished Project In-Charge to oversee the execution of our solar power projects, encompassing civil, electrical, Balance of System (BOS), and project management initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of experience in the solar industry, focusing on timely delivery, quality execution, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of PV arrays, MMS mounting structures, inverters, electrical BOS, substations, HT transmission lines, control systems, and SCADA infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (IEC, IEEE) and conduct routine site inspections to enforce safety and quality.
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and site staff to guarantee seamless project progression.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and track progress to implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in solar projects with a focus on BOS and electrical aspects.
  • Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and strong communication, leadership, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with AutoCAD and PVsyst software.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and IEC safety standards.
  • Hands-on commissioning experience.
