Job Description:

Lead and manage water supply/irrigation projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Oversee projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery.
  2. Resource Allocation: Plan resources, manpower, and materials to meet project objectives within budgeted timelines.
  3. Cost Control: Manage costs, achieve targeted margins, and maintain financial discipline.
  4. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess project progress, make necessary adjustments to meet objectives, and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME Civil or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in executing water supply/irrigation projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; knowledge of tender clauses, billing, department correspondence, and claims management.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work collaboratively, create a high-performance working environment, and understand accounting principles and financial aspects.
