Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst with Oracle Expertise

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned supply chain professional to join our team as a Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and a strong understanding of business systems analysis.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
  2. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results.
  3. Provide functional expertise in Procurement and Inventory modules, including Order Management and Advanced Pricing, to drive process improvements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to coordinate new implementations, enhancements, and support, promoting a culture of excellence.
  5. Support full SDLC phases, including requirement analysis, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support, to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide functional support to resolve complex problems.
  7. Prepare comprehensive functional documentation, training manuals, and user guides to ensure clear understanding and adoption.
  8. Participate in UAT, identify test cases, and ensure proper validation of solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  9. Collaborate with distributed/onsite-offshore teams to facilitate smooth delivery and foster a culture of teamwork.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS, with a proven track record of success.
  • 7+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement & Inventory modules (R12.2.x or higher), with a deep understanding of Order Management and Advanced Pricing.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field, with Oracle certifications (SCM/EBS) being a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Oracle certifications (SCM/EBS) preferred.
