Job Description

This role is pivotal in Schneider Digital's efforts to become agile and best-in-class. The successful candidate will interface with business stakeholders to collaboratively identify and prioritize the digital transformation roadmap for business units in the Greater India zone.

  • Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders and act as a liaison between the business and Enterprise IT, translating business requirements into IT / Digital requirements.
  • Develop and implement digital / IT strategies that align with business goals and objectives, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of IT services, including monitoring and improving IT processes and managing vendors.
  • Lead a team of business analysts, helping them develop domain and digital transformation expertise, and stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of overall experience with excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
  • Tier 1 / Tier 2 MBA graduates with a consulting background are preferred, along with exposure to R&D Digital Enablement / Transformation.
  • Strong communication skills include building and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders, translating business requirements into IT initiatives, and communicating IT plans and strategies effectively.
  • Breadth of knowledge includes business operations, goals, and objectives, project management skills, and technical knowledge of IT systems, software, and infrastructure.
  • A continuous learning mindset is essential to stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities to improve business outcomes and drive innovation.
