We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of innovative technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Transformation: Develop and execute strategies to leverage emerging technologies such as AI and automation to streamline operations.
  • Finance Transformation: Lead finance transformation projects to improve financial processes and systems for better efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
  • Project Management: Oversee cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and budget. Manage comprehensive project planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation across finance and operational functions to reduce manual efforts and enhance efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, functional heads, and external partners to understand business needs, define clear requirements, and ensure successful execution of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Change Management: Facilitate organizational change by developing and delivering robust strategies for user adoption, training, and stakeholder alignment during digital transitions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital transformation, automation, finance transformation, or ERP implementation.
  • Proven experience leading AI and automation initiatives in a business setting.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, SAS is an added advantage.
  • ERP implementation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI technologies, and data analytics platforms.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Fluency in SQL and data visualization using Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, SAS, and other data analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and how to optimize them through digitization.
