Job Title: Head – Digital Transformation & Operations

Location: Bangalore, India (with travel across various corporate campuses in India)

Experience: 10+ years (preferably in digital transformation, operations, F&B, or tech-based environments)

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Board of Directors

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Transformation & Operations to lead our end-to-end digital deployment and foodcourt operations across multiple corporate campuses.

This is a high-impact, leadership role that combines digital project management and operational oversight across our expanding food-tech initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of digital cafeteria solutions across multiple client locations in India.
  • Oversee and manage on-ground foodcourt operations (run by a separate entity) ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence.
  • Build and lead teams across cities – including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure consistent adoption of the platform among vendors, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with client facility management teams for operational coordination.
  • Maintain brand standards and customer experience across all locations.
  • Regularly report to the Board and align execution with organizational strategy.
  • Travel across locations as required for setup, audits, or operations reviews (expenses reimbursed).
Who Should Apply
  • 10+ years of proven experience in operations, digital transformation, or managing multi-site projects.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, retail-tech, or foodtech is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and project execution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in high-ownership, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, team management, and client engagement skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to evolving business needs.
