Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Transformation Specialist.
- The ideal candidate will be part of cutting-edge projects with global banks, supported by industry leaders in digital transformation.
- They should have extensive experience in delivering banking products and services, with a strong focus on digital channels like mobile apps, web journeys, and customer experiences.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills are essential for this role.
- Experience working in Agile environments and coordinating business stakeholders, development, and testing teams during the development lifecycle is also necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with end-client business stakeholders, transformation colleagues, and technology teams to deliver project requirements.
- Develop and maintain complex applications using Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
- Design, develop, and launch banking apps, with a focus on user experience and customer journeys.
- Manage backlogs effectively using tools like Jira and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Domain Expertise:
- Retail Banking & Mobile Banking/Mobile Apps
- Strong knowledge of retail banking areas, including channel delivery, mobile apps, web journeys, ATM, POS, and customer journeys.
- Proven experience in banking app design, rollout, and launch, with a focus on global stakeholder management.
