Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities for customers.
  • Manage the implementation of change initiatives, including business readiness assessments, pilot implementations, and actual deployments.
  • Lead the people aspect of change, focusing on adoption, usage, and resistance minimization.
  • Apply structured change management processes and tools to develop strategies for change adoption.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of communication plans.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide input on training program requirements and support their design and delivery.
  • Develop detailed change plans to track progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Credit and lending experience.
  • Basic understanding of credit and lending operations and key systems.
  • Role family experience recommended.
  • Exposure to responsibilities associated with the role family.
  • Transformation experience recommended.
  • Experience in working on change programs.
