Job Title: HR Digital Transformation Specialist

Key deliverables are outlined below:

  1. Manage and maintain HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse ATS, SAP BTP, and HANA.
  2. Gather business requirements, implement system configuration changes, testing, and rollout to ensure smooth transition.
  3. Provide end-user support, training, and coach team members on techno-functional aspects of the systems.
  4. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system updates.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Administer and operate core HR systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with IT governance.
  2. Interface with software vendors and internal teams to track and resolve system-related issues.
  3. Maintain system documentation, execute periodic validations across environments, and manage change control process.
  4. Support audits related to IT application controls and governance, ensuring disciplined task execution.
