Job Description
As a Key Account Growth Specialist at Kasplo, you will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth through effective communication and strategic sales techniques.
You will generate and nurture leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups. Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with our offerings. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide valuable insights for sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent performance. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and offer effective solutions. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team. Experience in B2B sales or SaaS products is a plus.
