Job Description

As a senior operations leader, you will drive operational excellence across multiple campaigns. This involves delivering top-tier service for clients while fostering a people-first culture that prioritizes frontline employees.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee multiple teams. They should also be proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.

You will lead by example and support a culture of performance, accountability, and employee development. Additionally, you will develop and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, scalability, and quality of service.

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. The candidate should also have at least 3 years of experience in an operations leadership role and direct oversight of large teams.

Key responsibilities include managing workforce planning, staffing, training, and quality assurance. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure alignment with company goals and client expectations.
