Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to take charge of plant operations, ensuring excellence across Production, Quality, Engineering, HSEF, and Technical Services. This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for delivering business-critical KPIs across output, quality, cost, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentoring to multi-functional teams

Drive end-to-end manufacturing performance: quantity, quality, yield, cost, wastage

Lead Production, Engineering, Process Control, Quality Control, HSEF, and Product Development

Establish and oversee SOPs, ensure operational excellence and zero breakdowns

Ensure compliance with EHS, IMS/QMS, and ESG standards

Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely technical support and issue resolution

Control budget and resource planning aligned with business growth

Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

Develop talent pipeline and ensure capability enhancement of plant personnel
